It has a quick and easy access to Davos and Davos Congress Center (by car or by public transport) and to other ski areas in the region. The WEF shattle stop is just 30 meters away by the Silvretta Hotel.

Der Postbus, der uns mit dem nahegelegenen Dorf verbindet, hält direkt vor dem Haus.

Die Dachwohnung befindet sich in einem Walserhaus das 1847 gebaut wurde. 2019 wurde das ganze Haus komplett neu ausgebaut. Die Wohnung ist ein Bijou und befindet sich ca. 150 Meter von Talstation des Skigebiets Tschiertschen entfernt. Im Sommer ist Tschiertschen die perfekte Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen und tolle Biketouren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und im neu ausgebauten Stall. Im alten Teil gibt es eine Stube mit original bemaltem Holztäfer und 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen. In der grossen Wohnküche steht der holzbetriebene alte Kochherd, neben dem eine moderne Küche eingebaut wurde, die keine Wünsche offenlässt.
