House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 1 Selo (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on ground floor of our villa.

Location in the inland Istria makes this property a nice choice for relaxing and peaceful holiday. Outside activities on the spacious private property include various sports, children playground or just swimming and laying by the pool. Evenings under the open air with tasteful BBQ dinner will be a nice closure of the long summer day.
