Apartments Pimpinella in Premantura are located 700m or 8min walk to the nearest beach, 3min walk to the center and restaurants, 5km to natural park Kamenjak where is more than 30 km of beautiful beaches. Apartment is located in quiet and peacefull area,it is completely renovated and equipped with everything you need including free WI FI for great and relaxing holiday. Apartment have coverred terrace and barbecue with wonderfull garden in front and free parking.Pets are welcome. We have large terrace with sea view,three cosy bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with double bed and one bedroom with two separate beds. Air condition and wifi are free of charge.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and consisting of: double bedroom, open living room and kitchen area with sleeping arrangements for another two persons, bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Air conditioning serves the entire apartment and private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. From the apartment, the centre of Premantura, the camping area of Stupice and the entrance to the natural park of Kamenjak are all just 10 mins by foot.

The beach and natural resort Kamenjak are nearby and easily reachable by foot or bicycle. There is beautiful nature, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a peaceful part of Premantura.Stupice Campsite is close, where you can walk or jog. The city center is a 10-min walk away.

Die 2020 adaptierte Dachgeschosswohnung liegt in der besten Wohnlage in Premantura - in erster Reihe zum Meer mit Blick auf die vorgelagerten Inseln. Premantura ist bekannt für seinen Naturpark Kamenjak mit über 30 verschiedenen, herrlichen Buchten und einer unvergleichlichen Flora und Fauna. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus in Waldrandlage. Zu Fuß erreicht man schöne Kies- und Felsstrände innerhalb von wenigen Minuten.

Si trova nel centro del paese pittoresco di Premantura, situata nell'estremita' meridionale della penisola istriana. La casa offre servizi completi, wifi gratuito, aria condizionata su entrambi i piani, parcheggio privato, terrazza con vista mare, barbecue...La superficie dell' appartamento e' di 100 m² a due piani.

More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Set right outside the entrance to the protected natural park of Kamenjak, located in a private residential building, reflects the luxury and comfort of the spotlessly designed interiors.
