House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
