Set within fully landscaped garden, detached from the main 1890's period home is a private bungalow featuring a large queen size bed, TV, microwave, fridge, kithenette, well appointed ensuite and BBQ facilities. There are drawers and hanging space for the longer stay and the kitchen has everything you need to be fully self sufficient if you so desire. 'The Bungalow' is private allowing you to choose your own level of interaction with the outside world. 15m walk from CBD and 6m from UTAS Stadium.

This home has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. You'll have more than enough space to relax and soak in the views. I'm not likely to be at the property when you arrive - the property is equipped with a lock box so you can check in at your leisure any time after 3pm.
