The apartment is located in a typical alley in the historic center of Perugia, a 3-minute walk from the main course. It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend holidays surrounded by the wonderful scenery of the medieval city. In the house you can immerse yourself in an elegant atmosphere to enjoy relaxing moments. Refined furnishings and attention to detail make for a comfortable and restful stay. The house consists of a large living room with adjoining kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The apartment is located near the station of the mini tube connecting the center to the outskirts of Perugia and the neighborhood is also accessible by several bus. In the nearby there are restaurants, bars, wine bars, parking fee and free.

Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile.
