La villa è ubicata in mezzo al verde della Valnerina, tra colline di uliveti e boschi di macchia mediterranea. La Cascata delle Marmore dista 2,4 dalla proprietà. La struttura è dotata di una bella piscina riscaldata aperta da Aprile a Ottobre (5m×10m, P. 1,5m) inserita in un grande giardino da cui si può godere di un bellissimo panorama, tipico della verde Umbria . La casa, nel retro, ha una zona barbecue di circa 60 mq. La proprietà è dotata delle colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.
