This impressive luxury villa and oasis of wellbeing, unusual for the region, has quality furnishings in the modern mediterranean bohemian style, privacy and spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside full of olive trees, cypresses, lavender and lemons.

Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

I had fallen in love with this place over 30 years ago, coming here each year before I finally achieved this home. The house has been massively improved and we will eventually make ,, a green,, house having just installed solar panels also a new kitchen installed with new efficient appliances. You will you have Anna (the caretaker) and her team, to meet and greet you and show you the home, and advise you. The lake Bracciano is across the road.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Access is independent and from the large balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Monaldeschi castle and the lake. Cross the garden to get to the first level: there are a lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The location is a few meters from the lake and from the center of Bolsena.
