Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Our beautiful quiet place has 2 units that are ideal for 2 couples. We are located in a very quiet area, 10 minutes by car from the old town, if you don't like noise, but peace and quiet, this is the ideal location for you. Each apart. is equipped with its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and one has a small kitchen. The estate consists of a traditional Mediterranean stone house of 160 m2 and a unique garden of 3000m2 fields of lavender and immortelle that provides complete privacy and peace. g This is a fully equipped 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms villa with a large terrace with hot tub and amazing sunset views

This house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, hot tub and 2 fireplaces for BBQ. It's set up as a 6+2 place meaning it can take 8 people. It's a part of a Villa complex "Fjera", that consists of 2 houses. The whole complex can be rented at the same time over our profile as well. Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance.
