It's a 5min walk down the road to the start of the beach track and then a 20min stroll through the bush down to the beach (or a 3min drive!)

Nearby the township of water main shopping area (e.g. Award winning cafes, PAK'nSAVE and Countdown supermarkets, and more other InVogue and living shops), children's play areas, Pukekohe Park ( Its raceway uses for V8's, Horse racing and some events) and Train station, etc. A private garden at the back of the house, welcome to join us.

Tranquil Valley Home, 4 guests 2 upstairs bedrooms. A walk on Karekare beach is one of the most memorable walks in the country. Some of the local bush and coastal walks are also highly rated. Karekare had some significant flooding in February 2023. There are still some road works being completed. We inform guests about these at the time of the booking. Come and stay in our stylish 1950s bach with one of the best views in Piha. Set back from the road, the house feels wonderfully isolated as it sits level with the tree-tops. The amazing view from the deck looks down on South Piha and up the coast to the headland. To the right you can see up the distant valley of native forest. There's two sunny living areas, a simple kitchen, shower and downstairs there's two bedrooms.
