I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. L'alloggio, appena ristrutturato e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, si trova nei pressi di Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, una delle vie storicamente più vivaci e caratteristiche di Cagliari, ricca di ristoranti e locali tipici. Da qui sarà possibile raggiungere agilmente e in pochi minuti a piedi i principali punti di interesse della città (Bastione, Anfiteatro, Musei), nonché la stazione dei treni e il porto di Cagliari.

Comodo appartamento a Pula, ideale per godersi le vacanze e scoprire le bellezze del Sud Sardegna. La casa è in via Sant'Efisio (l'ingresso è in via Sauro), che porta direttamente alle spiagge di Pula e al sito archeologico di Nora. A 400m è l'uscita per la SS195 che permette di raggiungere la città di Cagliari o le incantevoli spiagge di Chia e Tuerredda. A 200m sono le fermate dell'autobus. L'area è servita da banche, market, bar e ristoranti. Il centro dista 10minuti a piedi.

L'appartamento offre una grande veranda con una vista splendida sul mare scintillante della Sardegna, inquadrata da palme e dell'isola di San Macario con l'antica Torre spagnola, in lontananza il porto turistico di Perd'è Sali. Prima di farsi baciare dal sole ci si può tuffare nell'acqua cristallina sotto casa. La spiaggia mista di sassolini/sabbia si trova a circa 50 metri. E' inoltre la base ideale per esplorare tutto il Sud Sardegna e le sue magnifiche spiagge e paesaggi.

The main features of the apartment are the tranquility and the magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the park. The house is located in a residence in front of the park "i giardini di via fiume", in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The Margine Rosso beach (Poetto firs part) is two minutes by car or can be reached on foot via a path in about twelve minutes. While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.

My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.
