If you are looing for a place to party, please do not book my apartment. Little Rock's best museums, libraries, arts, entertainment, business, and culture are all within walking distance. HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

Popular local restaurants, dive bar and coffee nearby.

This historic craftsman was built in 1920s and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Please note the backyard and laundry room are spaces shared with other guests. Both have locking doors between them so all interior space is private.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
