Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Fonte di Sotto, è uno degli appartamenti più spaziosi del piccolo borgo ecologico di Poggio la Croce, formato da 3 ville nel parco delle Bandite di Scarlino. Ha un grande salone con camino e comodi divani ed il tavolo da pranzo non distante dalla cucina super accessoriata. La zona notte ha 3 camere da letto - 2 matrimoniali ed 1 con due letti singoli, 2 bagni, 1 con vasca da bagno ed 1 con ampia cabina doccia. Il grande porticato esterno arredato è il luogo perfetto per il relax.

The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments, each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and sunsets. It is a calm, relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.
