There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamajig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

Our renovated shipping container is on a private airstrip just near the country town of Woodford, Queensland. It's a private and peaceful escape, with the occasional rumbles of aircraft heard in the distance. If you'd like to enjoy the countryside from above, scenic flights are available at an additional cost. Alternatively, recreational pilots are welcome to fly in and stay.
