Villa LHJ Heinämäki rakennettiin 1999 - 2000 perheen kakkoskodiksi loma-asunto kriteereillä. Peruslähtökohta oli toinen pysyvään asumiseen soveltuva loma-, työ- ja hengähdyspaikka molempien kotikylältä perusmukavuuksin. Huvila on varsin upealla paikalla Heinävaaran mäen päällä. Avaruutta riittää lähes joka suuntaan kymmeniä kilometrejä. Tyylillisesti talo on rustiikkinen pienellä funkkis vivahteella. Nyt elämäntilanne on muuttunut ja Villa jää airbnb käyttöön. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Tervetuloa viihtymään siistiin, hyväkuntoiseen kaksioon! Koko huoneisto (37 m²) on käytössäsi. Autolle tällä alueella harvinainen ilmainen pysäköinti lämmitystolpalla pihapiirissä. Huoneistossa voit nauttia saunomisesta ja tilavasta parvekkeesta. Kohteessa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Keskustaan pääset Ylisoutajan sillan kautta nopeasti vaikkapa vuokraan sisältyvillä pyörillä. Huoneistossa on ilmalämpöpumppu, joten yöt sujuvat kesälläkin viileässä. Juhlinta on kielletty.

The farm hosts a model railway, a farm museum and an organic beekeeping with honey sale. You may book the farm sauna for your own use. Swimming at the lake on demand.
