Omaa rantaviivaa 500m. Paikka sopii kalastukseen omilla vesialueilla 5.2 ha. Saaressa on käänteisosmoosilaite, joka tekee merivedestä juomakelpoista.

Lovely 2022 renovated house is located in the beautiful Inkoo archipelago in a completely private setting 75 km from Helsinki. Kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, open living room, bathroom and separate toilet are comfortable for 4 people + few can sleep on sofa. Glassed dining room for 8 people with great views towards south and west A Finnish sauna is located next to the house. You can arrive to the island with a taxi boat (15 min ride) service or own boat. Small boat rental is available on request.

The House has its own entrance, two sunny corners for relaxing in the garden, a colourful bedroom overlooking the garden to two directions, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a wood-heated sauna with a large shower room. In summer, you can go swim in the sea from the pretty little beach around the corner. All you need in life is here. <3

Suihku on päätalossa ja on jaettu majoittajan kanssa, vierailla on käytössä oma sisäänkäynti. Huoneessa on pieni keittiö varustus ja nukut mukavalla queen kokoisella sängyllä, lisävieraille vuodesohva. Käytössä on pieni terassi. Rantaan on matkaa 0,8 km ja keskustaan 2 kilometriä. Remontoitu asunto mahtavalla esteettömällä merinäköalalla, vain 200m rantaravintoloista, puistoista sekä rannasta. 300m päässä takapihalta on keskustan kävelykatu ostosmahdollisuuksilla, ja vain 500m päässä lumoava vanha kaupunki. Asunnossa iso lasitettu parveke, josta avautuu upea auringonlaskunäkymä meren sekä vierasvenesataman yli. Asunnossa 1x140cm parisänky sekä vuodesohva 140cm. Lakanat/Pyyhket löytyy ilmaiseksi, mutta majoittujan on pestävä nämä itse käytön jälkeen ennen lähtöä.

Asunnossa on hyvin varusteltu keittiönurkkaus sekä kylpyhuone ja ruokailutila. Laadukkaassa parivuoteessa nukut yösi hyvin. Talvella lämpöä ja tunnelmaa tuo puulämmitteinen kamiina ja kesällä viileyttä suo ilmalämpöpumppu. Voit myös vuokrata meiltä kaksi sup-lautaa hintaan 30e/vrk/lauta. Mahdollisuus majoittaa 1-2 henkilöä varapatjalle.
