The Dickens Room is cozy and comfortable; furnished for you with antiques, including a double brass bedstead with beautiful bedding, a loveseat, and a writing desk. The windows of this room are almost full-length, providing plenty of sunshine, but they also have drapes and original shutters. The Dickens Room shares a bathroom right down the hall next to The Cozy (which is where our guests will find snacks and beverages to enjoy in their rooms or in the downstairs parlours).

It's close to Light-rail, a Nice Ride station, downtown, restaurants, grocery, and the airport. You’ll love my place because it's bright, has an open floor plan and makes wonderful use of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The 400 sq ft main floor 3-season screen porch is where I spend most of my time.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
