Fully furnished insulated yurt for the solo traveler to rest and rejuvenate. Full size bed, high speed internet and mini- kitchen. Property is a retreat center landscaped with gardens, flower beds and shaded decks. Nestled in the trees bordering national forest. Great hiking and biking trails outside our door. 10 minutes to Taos ski valley. 20 minutes to Taos plaza. Must be comfortable heating with wood stove, off grid water system, and sharing a bath house. AWD/4WD may be necessary if it snows.

1898 Boxcar, Charming Quiet Sanctuary

Our narrow-gauge Chile Line Boxcar hauled Cowboys and Indians, sheep and cattle in the Rio Grande Gorge long ago. Now remodeled, it is loaded with charm, from hand-crafted touches to antique furnishings. Guests frequently exclaim, “Wow!” when entering. They call it “very comfortable and cozy” from slipper tub to bed, with grand views across sweeping pastureland and the Taos mountains. Casa Maravilla is a spacious 1 bedroom casita nestled in the heart of town. Walking distance to Historic Taos Plaza, but feels miles away from everything! A lush green property at the end of a country lane. Thoughtful interior. We have our calendar blocked from March 1-May 15th 2023.
