The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Timms Cottage

Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

Relax in the best of rural Mackenzie country with the whole family at our peaceful holiday home. We are less than 5min from Lake Opuha, and you could be at 3 ski fields within an hour!!! Approx 40 minutes from Tekapo , 1 hour from Timaru and 30 minutes from Geraldine, and approx 2 1/2 hours to Christchurch.
