Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Perfect for a quiet, restful weekend or for those explorers with an adventurous spirit!

The “Pool House” is a 1-bedroom private detached unit at the rear of our property. Set in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins walk to the train station and close to Tafe, the Hospital & “The Forum”. 20mins walk to Silver Sands Beach. A 5min drive will get you to the holiday vibe at the renowned Mandurah foreshore offering boating, waterfront parks, cafes, restaurants and bars. Enjoy shared use of the pool in season. Off street parking with access to your accommodation through a secure side gate.

Amazing and Serene Riverhouse

Our little piece of paradise is looking forward to you relaxing and enjoying the house and surrounds. During Summer mosquitos can be an issue. We supply repellant but recommend you bring some. There's plenty of space to relax out the back or down by the river can read a good book, swim or if you're lucky, watch some dolphins! A jigsaw to complete or a board game to challenge the family!. Fish in the river. Kayak up or down river. Walk to the Ravo for a Pub Meal! Go for relaxing walks.
