The Suite Montepulciano has a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the resort's swimming pool and jacuzzi. Located in Montepulciano, in the heart of the winery from which it bears its name, the newly built Resort Terra Antica offers air-conditioned accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. All the Suites and Villas that make up the Resort boast a large dining area, a seating area with flat-screen TV, kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and private bathroom with household linen. Furthermore, a free private parking is available to Guests. The Resort overlooks the beautiful Tuscan hills and is equipped with a spectacular infinity pool with outdoor jacuzzi and a very modern SPA overlooking the vineyards. A wonderful outdoor barbecue area is used for rich grilled dinners organized by the staff during the summer. The property is surrounded by 8 hectares of vineyards and a small enchanting cellar for the vinification and the aging of the company's organic wines.

La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

Podere la Fornace, antico casale in pietra della seconda metà dell'800 è a circa 3 km dal paese, in posizione panoramica, circondato da cipressi, ulivi, vigne, campi coltivati e un grande prato per relax e giochi. È in una zona di divieto di caccia e non è raro vedere fagiani, lepri e cerbiatti. Gli interni sono ampi, arredati con mobili d'epoca, senza concessioni alla modernità. Cetona si trova in Valdichiana ed è Bandiera Arancione del Touring Club, marchio di qualità turistica e ambientale.

We have 4 apartments of this type on first floor and on two levels with two bedrooms (one double and a single bedroom. The single bedroom is in the attic and has no door it overlooks the living room), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
