The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

This is a 3 bedroom apartment in an 8 unit building. It is an upper level unit situated above a garden-level unit, so you must be able to climb 1/2 flight of stairs to get to the unit. The outside is not manicured. Please do not expect grass and beautiful landscaping. The inside of the unit is very comfortable.
