This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. This apartment is on the last, 3rd floor of the house and has a beautiful open sea view from the big balcony where you can sit, have your lunch and just enjoy the view. The beach is only 20 meters away from the house, a minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a extendable couch in the living room. Second, smaller bedroom has exit to the balcony. It also has 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV, AC and ceiling fan. One parking space included.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
