My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Conveniently located between Sydney CBD and the Airport next to Moore Park, walking distance to East Village shopping malI (0.3km), Green Square train station (1.2km) and bus stop nearby with multiple routes to various landmarks in Sydney. There are varieties of shops and restaurants around the neighbourhood. Our apartment will be perfect to accommodate whether you are on a business trip or taking the family on holiday in Sydney. There is also a secured parking spot on the premise for your stay.

Cook St is off Glebe Pt Rd with its cafes, pubs, bookshops, amenities, and Broadway Shopping Centre. 10 min walk thru park to TramSheds. Ferry to Barangaroo at bottom of road. Buses, lightrail to fish markets, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possums, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite. Will sleep 3 but 2 most comfortable.
