Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located brand new studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood! Bright, clean, and cozy — the perfect home away from home. 1 queen bed 1 bath studio with kitchen located less than a mile to historic downtown Grants Pass where you will find amazing local restaurants and shopping! Space is a mile off I-5 and a mile and a half to the beautiful Rogue River. Guests will have access to their own private fenced patio complete with lights, fire pit and a bbq.

Yurt on the Applegate

Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in. I need to be aware they are here and clean up after their stay.

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. If you are looking for complete perfection and no interaction we might not be your place! Otherwise we can’t wait to meet you! We are pet friendly with a $10 fee.

Grants Pass and surrounding area is beautiful, located at the base of the mountain, and only a few blocks to downtown. Hot tub and laundry room are for guest use.
