Appartamento in zona centrale in elegante edificio completamente ristrutturato nel 2025. Arredato in stile minimalista, ideale per chi cerca comfort e funzionalità. La zona giorno è composta da una completa cucina attrezzata perfetta un divano e una SmartTV per momenti di relax. Camera da letto è arredata con una accogliente vasca idromassaggio e una smartTv e un comoda area di lavoro. Perfetto per soggiorni brevi in coppia o anche prolungati per lavoro in un ambiente curato e accogliente.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

La casa è completa di tutti i comfort, si trova in un'ottima posizione vicina a molti servizi. Comoda per parcheggiare l'auto davanti a casa o di fronte, senza divieti. Dista circa 25 minuti da RCF Arena, struttura all'aperto per concerti e spettacoli. Dista circa 20 minuti dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e dal casello di Pegognaga, circa 25 minuti da quello di Reggio Emilia. Per chi viaggia in aereo dista ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area.
