You’ll love the comfortable space, the peaceful yet convenient location, the lush yard, even access to swimming & waterfalls in the gorge behind the house. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NOTE: Hawaii GE-067-950-7968-02 & TA-067-950-7968-01 The rental is hosted & per Hawaii County Planning Dept exempt from Hawaii Cty Bill 108 so we may consider <30 day rentals as well as longer periods.

Hilo Downtown Retreat

The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

Oceanfront Peace of Paradise

My house is a couple of short miles from Hilo town and offers, quite simply, the best ocean front view possible. You will look down upon crashing waves and out across the Bay to Hilo and to the surfers gliding down the silver waves. The view is dramatic but relaxing. During whale season, this is the best possible location for viewing. Sometimes they come so close you can look into their eyes. The house is fully equipped and air-conditioned. . This will be your Pacific vacation to remember.

Private unit in a lovely open oasis of a yard with fruiting trees and flowering shrubs. Has its own dedicated serene yard space with a picnic table bench for outside enjoyment. It also has its own dedicated parking next to the unit. Property is conveniently close to everything in Hilo, about a 10-minute drive to Prince Kuhio Mall, Hilo Farmers Market, and the airport. Walking distance to University of Hawaii - Hilo. Wonderful location with safe and clean environment. WiFi available!

Country Guest Home

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.

Situated on the beautiful Hamakua coast just 5 minutes from downtown Hilo with beach access to Honolii several minutes away and the beautiful beaches of Hilo, 15 minutes away. There are many waterfalls nearby, as well two volcano’s and the summit of Mauna Kea, all within an hour!

There are pristine ponds on the property where you can swim and lounge in privacy. A new security system looks out from the house to the grounds and street beyond. No cameras see the house or lanai.
