This is our personal apartment when not hosting, so you may notice neatly stored clothing, pantry items, or basic toiletries. The space is clean, organized, and fully guest-ready.

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

It’s centrally located close to downtown, malls, parks, Carytown, Rosie’s, breweries, restaurants and much more! Great home for families, business travel and travel nurses. This is a non smoking house. No parties.
