Juice, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, milk, toast and eggs (you cook) provided. Free WiFi. Cell phone coverage is spotty. Texting works, calls are iffy. You can use our land line. There is no A/C, but it stays cool like a basement, due to being partially built into a hillside. W/D. Portable crib available

Hot tub nestled in the trees, Hiking/cc trails, sledding, mountain biking, fishing, community swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball, golf course and cafe, and beautiful walks around the neighborhood… we are 15 minutes from Brundage Mountain Resort, and a 20 minute drive to McCall’s beautiful lake and quaint downtown.

At this freshly remodeled 1920’S Bungalow, you’ll discover many fun and welcoming features.The beautifully furnished, spacious living area is a perfect place to relax and unwind after an adventurous day in the outdoors, a long workday or just visiting family. The new Kitchen is a space to reconnect and prepare delicious meals together. Enjoy the Giant TV or soak in a beautiful clawfoot tub. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs, a large upstairs area with 2 built in full beds and 1/2 bath.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Minisplit AC units in Master Bedroom and Family Room allow you to control the temperature separately and give versatility to the 2 propane furnaces in the winter. Each bedroom also has its own separate floor heaters as well.

Shooting, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing in north Central Idaho. Set in 50 acres, the property has a 3 stall barn with hayloft and corral and a pond. Pet Friendly dogs only $20 per pet per night

Highway 13 Cabin 1

The Highway 13 cabin is located in our backyard. You will have the entire cabin to yourself. The cabin is small so plan accordingly. The main bedroom is up the ladder in the loft. Great for hunting or fishing trips as you will have a lot of room right outside of town with access to the forest or rivers. Our place is easily accessible and safe and secure!
