The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Comfortable and cozy apartment in Fondamenta delle Romite, close to Accademia and Zattere. Very quiet neighborhood, but, at the same time, close to everywhere. Piazza San Marco is 15 minutes, Piazzale Roma 10 minutes, Train Station 15 minutes walk. All water bus lines, various shops, small restaurants, venetian osterie, fish market, supermarkets, cafes, very nice enoteca wine and finger food, and ice cream at few minutes walk. The atmosphere of the apartment like an artist loft with large windows, high ceilings, wooden floors. The rooms: a small entrance hall, a spacious double bedroom, a comfortable living-reading room, a bright equipped kitchen with an old marble dining table, a bathroom with shower. The windows overlooking our home green garden, where we cultivate grape, lemon, aromatics, red pepper, plants and flowers, high trees.
