In the summer months enjoy the excellent fishing and boating and in the winter have fun ice fishing on beautiful Fox Lake! *Please read the full description and look at all of the pictures of the property *Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. This 1940s barn has been lovingly converted into a comfortable living space with modern features and amenities, making it the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape from the city. Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

Scott Street Bungalow Ripon - Green Lake

This home is set in one of Ripons Historic Districts three blocks from a vibrant downtown full of retail shops and great places to eat and relax. Across the street from us is the Gothic mill pond water fall dam with Horner park abutting the property. We are only 6 miles from Green Lake which offers plenty of boating and golfing. Off street driveway parking is a plus with this property for boats on trailers. Our home offers two bedrooms on the main floor with 2 double size beds upstairs.

Enjoy the peace and beauty of the pond (sorry, no fishing) while just across the street from beautiful Green Lake. Lots of room outside for the kids to roam. Easy walk to the beach. (see satellite map picture). There is a public launch nearby and plenty of room to keep your boat on the side lawn. Hiking trails, White River Marsh, and Fox River are all nearby.

We’re transparent with our pricing, that’s why we don’t have cleaning fees! The price you see is the price you pay (local taxes still apply). Come stay near the heart of Oshkosh - you’ll be on the second floor with views of Lake Winnebago. If you need anything during your stay we live on-site and are only a message away. Don’t worry though, the units are completely separated so you’ll have all the privacy you desire during your stay.
