Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
