The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Luxury 2 storey home in the heart of the Barossa Valley with pool table and antique baby grand piano. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th with a double with bunk and an extra bed, suitable for a fourth couple or children. Quaint and cosy house, five years old with homely touches. Enjoy sitting on the back deck looking out at the Palmer hills. Spa generally needs to be booked ahead of time and will take you up to 5 hours to heat after payment for $50/night. Please make sure of availability during booking to avoid disappointment.
