Spread out on a comfy L-shaped sectional sofa in the living room. There’s a neat and tidy aspect to the interior, with its little wall mottos of goodwill, subtle lighting and rustic full kitchen. Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts' residence sits away from the road, which adds privacy and seclusion to the address. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

1940's era-2 story cottage. This downstairs unit was renovated in early 2019 & offers a full apt w/ bed, bath, full kitchen, sitting room w/ TV, washer, dryer & private courtyard. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.
