Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

The Cabin is a super funky and laid back home away from home. Walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza, Sunnycrest Mall, Persephones and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. There's a separate indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two.
