A short walk to the beach.There is free on street parking with scratch cards that we provide in the W zones which are within a 5min walk from the flat. There is a pub directly opposite which at weekends you may experience some noise

Burton House is a cosy 18th Century holiday cottage located 5 meters from the seawall at the top of King street and Chapel Street in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Robin Hood's Bay . The house is packed full of traditional Victorian features and home comforts. The back of the house faces the sea and provides direct sea views from a number of small windows including the infamous "loo with a view". The beach, pubs, shops and cafes are a 2 minute walk along family friendly paths.

Little house 100 yds from beach

Centrally located in the heart of Robin Hoods Bay, Little house was built in the 1600's and is the smallest proper house in the Bay. It has a living room / kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite wet room. The cottage is not suitable for children under 5 yrs. There is a small outside seating area where you can sit and watch the world go by. Approx 100 yards from the beach, this perfectly formed unique cottage is ideal for two. We offer parking space for small/medium sized car at owners risk.

Coach House Cottage a perfect seaside retreat

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley. Due to its location our much loved cottage is not for you if steps are an issue!

A lovely self catering holiday apartment,sleeps 2 and dogs are welcome. It’s situated above the lovely laurel inn pub. The kitchen/lounge area has WI-FI,recliner and easy chair,and a table and chairs. The bedroom has a quality double bed,hanging space and a smart t.v. Bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower,toilet,sink and a heated towel rail. ACCESSIBILITY- we are sorry to say that our rooms are not suitable for those with limited mobility,due to the steepness of stairs.

Built 1710 this former fully restored fisherman’s cottage, has the benefit of rear door access to our owned grass area ( the 3 adjoining “ second home” cottages have the right of access)overlooking the Bay, with our own picnic bench.Coal (supplied)and log stove with gas central heating ( Nest system). Wake to stunning views and take an early walk along the sand as waves lap on the sandy shore. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at one of the seafront cafés before browsing the unique shops. Walk cliff paths and footpaths, take in the sea views and breathe in sea salty air or, stroll along the pier and sit for a while as people pass by. At the end of the day, ride the historic cliff lift back toward the apartment to unwind in the deep roll top bath before falling asleep between cool linen sheets.

Hilda Cottage, lower Robin Hoods Bay!

Hilda Cottage is a 17th Century dwelling. The front door enters to the living area, downstairs is the kitchen. Upstairs is a double bedroom (WC ensuite) with sea views, and main bathroom, the top floor is the loft bedroom (double & single bed) and sea views! The stairs are narrow & steep, see photos If you're after old and quaint, Hilda is your girl, if you're after new and modern, she probably isn't 💗 No private parking or garden, see 'other details to note' section.
