Enjoy the peaceful, family and community oriented area.Close to 2 commercial streets, close ferry to Manhattan(It takes 55’, with beautiful views of the bay and the city), the “A”train, (willtake around 1 hour and 10 minutes) and express bus Q16 is also available at the corner of the house only in early hours. A block away from the ocean. Internet, Central AC, heat, and Netflix are included. One parking spot available. Only 20 minutes from JFK NO unregistered guest allowed to stay overnight

The perfect getaway for 2 guests (# of guests must be indicated on rez). The beautiful beachy space is close to the Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

Adorable place, Rockaway, Queens, NY

Guest suite inside a 2-Family house with entrance on the LEFT-SIDE of the house. It has a full eat-in kitchen, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, and 1 Roku with apps. 7 min walk to the water, Atlantic Ocean, or Jamaica Bay at this peaceful and centrally-located place, near restaurants, bars, surf school, and supermarket. It is a 25-minute drive to JFK airport. The A-Train has only two stops to JFK/Howard Beach. It is a 45-minute train ride to Brooklyn and 60 minutes+ to Manhattan.

Walk just a few short blocks down to the beach and surf, swim, or head out for some amazing local food. Parking is not included you must park on the street when staying with us.
