My place is right in the town center, on Higher O Connell street,close to art, culture and nightlife. Guests will love my place because of the sleek contemporary style, comfy beds, the coziness and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business trips and small families. One double bedroom ensuite, fully equipped kitchen which is open plan with living space. There is a second toilet off the living space where the sofa bed is. There is a small laundry room in the backyard. Please note the entire space is on the ground floor only and is QUITE COMPACT. PLEASE NOTE - THE 2ND DOUBLE BED IS A LARGE SOFA BED IN THE LIVING AREA. 11am CHECKOUT. THANK YOU

This gorgeous house is an amazing space which will make your holiday feel even better. Higher O'Connell Street is peaceful and is so close to everything in Kinsale that you will not want to leave!. The house has been refurbished to a very high luxurious spec which we ask you to enjoy and respect. PLEASE NOTE -THE SECOND BED IS A LARGE DOUBLE SOFA BED IN THE LIVING AREA

You must enter the house at the RIGHT HAND SIDE of no. 9 Higher o connell. There is a door in the wall you must push, it is not locked, then take 4 steps down to the yard of the house. The key information is given when booking is confirmed

Parking for cars available behind the house. On Higher O'Connell St, there are steps directly down to the restaurants, bars, supermarket, banks, hotels, playground, harbour, cafes, art galleries and much more.The double bedroom ensuite is on the ground floor, where the mirrored wall is situated. The next double sleeping area is the sofa bed in the living area. We have NETFLIX ONLY on the TV. Washer/dryer available in the room at the backyard room. Sometimes there is current laundry there which you will have to sort if you need this amenitie. Thanks
