Close to bus lines, some of the city's best parks and a 20 minute walk to the Ballard historic district. This lower level apartment is filled with light and very quiet and comfortable.

The Ballard Gallery is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood across the street from a playground and park as well as a community center that offers a free weight/work-out room. One of the city's best restaurants is located a few blocks away, as well as a bakery and fish shop. Golden Gardens Beach Park overlooking the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains is only a 5 minute drive away.

We are a married couple living in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. We love all sorts of outdoor activities. If you need recommendations on where to hike or how to set up a backpacking trip, please let us know. We can also point you in the right direction to rent kayaks and might also take you out on the water ourselves if we are available. We are also happy to make dinner and activity recommendations.
