Our new home is the perfect place for traveling nurses, students or VOL fans attending games at UT. We are only a 15 minute drive to downtown, Neyland Stadium and local restaurants in Turkey Creek. Private upstairs room with a queen bed, dresser, closet and private connecting bathroom. Our home is comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking is available for one car on the street. One cat resides in our home. Host consist of Dad, Mom and teenage son. Home is located in the Hardin Valley area.

Guest will be able to park one car on the street in front of the house. Guest will have access to the home via front door (one key provided). Guest will have access to the main floor as needed ............. with permission, guest can have access to the refrigerator and wash/dry clothes as needed. Our family does not drink alcohol or smoke. Our home will be a alcohol/smoke-free environment. Guest will not be able to drink/smoke inside or outside of our home.
