Come home to this bright, new private guest suite located in a beautiful, new subdivision. The suite includes a fully stocked kitchenette, keyless entry and lots of parking. There are some fantastic restaurants and pubs, stores, the ATB center and a transit stop all within walking distance of the suite.

There is a sidewalk leading around the south side of the house leading to the private rear entry. The suite is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door at the base of the stairs. Amenities include high speed internet, Apple TV, Netflix, Wii, central air conditioning and heat and a fully stocked kitchenette including a bar fridge, dual electric cook top, coffee maker and waffle maker.
If you are traveling with a baby or small child, we can provide use of a play pen, bumbo or bassinette.

The suite is located in our private residence with a separate rear entry for privacy. We live upstairs and try to be quiet and respectful. We have a one year old baby that sleeps well on the top floor. The house is fairly sound proof but you may hear some noise transferring through the floor as it is a basement suite.
