My roommate will be here if you need help, and other than that mostly keeps to himself on the other side of the house.
Master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with spa tub and shower, toilet has its own door. TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime. There's a desk with a monitor for your use, and wifi. Blackout curtains and a nice view of the lake/fountain from the bedroom.

There's over 200 restaurants in Addison and nearby Vitruvian Park is filled with Christmas lights every year. You can walk there if you don't mind the cold.
