This home will easily sleep 8 adults comfortably.

The spacious living room features a large, comfortable sofa, which opens to the dining area and kitchen so conversation is always flowing. The well stocked kitchen offers plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances and a gas stove for a great cooking experience. Meals can be served on the dining table inside or on the outside dining table and chairs.

Of course, with a backyard like this, who wants to spend time indoors? The covered patio offers a spacious lounging area, dining table and a built in bar. Relax in the beautiful, large salt water pool, or fire up the spa in the evening and gaze at the beautiful mountains. Unwind at the end of the day by sitting around the fire pit with your favorite beverage.

At the end of the day, there are four fabulous bedrooms to call yours for the night. On the North side of the home you'll find a master suite. The en-suite bathroom features a large tub/shower combo. There are also two more bedrooms on this side that share the guest bathroom. On the South side of the house there is another master suite, which features a walk in shower in its bathroom. All of the bedrooms have large, flat screen TVs.
COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL: This home is just a 5 minute drive to the shuttle stops (Riviera Hotel) in Palm Springs.
**Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions**.
