“One of the many great things about our property is the location. We are located only 10 minutes from West Asheville. Downtown Asheville is only 15 minutes and a $15 Uber ride away. The Farm is very easy to access and paved all the way to the front door. There are no scary hairpin turns and 4 wheel drive is not required. Our guests also enjoy plenty of parking. No other houses/properties this close to Asheville hold a candle to Canaan Valley Farm.”

My wife and I have been married for over 20 years. We raised our family in the Mane House for over 5 years. After a few children moved out, we found ourselves with way more house than we needed. Building a smaller house on the Farm to live in allowed us to stay on this amazing property with our animals and also to share this beautiful place by renting out the Mane House. We have met some wonderful people and look forward to meeting many more.
