Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

East of Newquay in the historic market town of St Columb Major, Agan Dyji (or "Our Little Cottage" in Cornish) is only 5 minutes drive away from the main A30 and just 10 minutes away from the amazing beach and facilities at Watergate Bay (including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant).
