Chateau 825, is modern and well- equipped for friends or families offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, Drying Room, and great kitchen for all your self-catering needs. The lounge with TV, Freeview, Stereo, wood fire(free firewood) instant gas hot water are all part of this modern home with many extras to make your stay comfortable.

Black Box Cottage

Beautiful open style cottage to yourselves with great deck and views of the mountains . All bedrooms are off the main living area which encourages plenty of family time. 20 meter walk to shuttle pick up in National Park. The famous Tongariro Crossing, Ring of Fire (March 2020), 42 Traverse are some of the regions major events. National Park has access to awesome mountain bike tracks and some of the most beautiful scenic walking treks in New Zealand. Cafes and pubs all within 5mins walk.

Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Our place is close to the great Tongariro National Park. It includes Mt Ruapehu for skiing or snow boarding and tramping. Walk the world famous Tongariro Crossing and discover the cycle ways, kayak the Whanganui River and explore the 'Bridge to No Where'. Try trout fishing, a game of golf or visit the Waiouru Army Museum. Enjoy our cosy home with a wood fire whilst taking in the amazing mountain and rural views. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids) or small groups.

Enjoy breath taking panoramic views across Lake Taupo, Mount Tauhara and the White Cliffs. This holiday house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with new aircon, 1 family room with powerful aircon and fireplace, 3 bathrooms including a masters en suite with balconies, the bedrooms are facing towards the lake, you will wake up to the amazing view of the lake. New concrete car park and another car port with shed, plenty of car parking for boat, van and trailers in front of the house.

There is a cycleway directly outside, easy access to the 'Manawhero River' Walking Track and a 1 minute drive to either the centre of town or the base of Mount Ruapehu. The house offers an open plan living area flowing to a large mountain facing deck. Two bathrooms with a dedicated drying area, perfect for adventure filled weekends. Off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Linen provided.

Historic Railway House #95

HISTORIC RAILWAY HOUSE #95 A beautifully and thoughtfully refurbished Historic Railway Cottage in the quaint "National Park Village". The village is surrounded by two World Heritage listed National Parks and is the gateway to the Central Plateau area. This has been a much-loved family holiday home for many years, but we now wish to share it with you, so you too can enjoy the multitude of exciting activities and adventures this stunning part of our country has to offer.

Our eco-friendly 3-bedroom house (built 2013) is nestled on 10 private acres of regenerating native bush just 7 minutes from Waimarino/National Park Village. Ideal for the Tongariro Crossing, skiing, mountain biking or bushwalking. Enjoy a cozy stay with a sunny deck, volcanic mountain views, log fire, solar power (with grid backup), and double-glazed windows. Relax in the wood-fired outdoor bath with complete privacy and views of the bush, deer and stars.

Masterpiece in Motuoapa

Our architectural award winning home with lake views in Motuoapa is near the southern end of the lake. Built in 2007, 45 minutes from Whakapapa skifield, close to numerous trout fishing rivers and 500m from the Motuoapa marina and boat ramp on Lake Taupo. There are 3 heat pumps and a gas fire for your comfort. Property is 30 minutes from Taupo nearer to Turangi (Airbnb show it on Taupo searches)

The Barn with hot tub @ Wood Pigeon Lodge

The Barn is a converted barn on four levels. The interiors are woody, rustic and warm with local historical artefacts decorating the walls. It is set in a peaceful, rural environment, nestled next to bush and looking out to grassy paddocks. Our wood-fired hot tub is available for your private use. Note you may have to heat this yourself, it takes about a couple of hours.
