Middle Barn, Rushton Spencer

Middle Barn is a recently converted barn which has many original features as well as modern comforts including underfloor heating downstairs, excellent WiFi, and finished to a high standard. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park Farm Stays’ and situated on a working farm which has 3/4 of a mile of frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through the farm, makes this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
