Perfect for traveling Nurses, Contractors etc. 10-15 min access to St. Thomas Rutherford and Stonecrest Hospitals; 30 min from Vanderbilt, Baptist, and Centennial Hospitals. Mini-kitchen- microwave, electric skillet, air fryer, toaster oven available. Queen bed and sofa.

Our 2nd floor apartment is a detached 600sq.ft living space over a 2 car garage. We built this apartment by ourselves in 2012. This space is not lived in by us. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.

The Hideaway in the ‘Boro

Escape to The Hideaway, a tranquil 1,100-square-foot private basement apartment just one mile from MTSU. This spacious retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, private bathroom, and luxurious king-size bed. Guests enjoy complete privacy within the apartment, with the only shared space being the home’s main entrance used to access the suite. Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.

The Villa's Zen Studio

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 8 blocks from "The Square" and walkable to restaurants if desired. This space offers privacy and convenience with a Euro size stove and Fridge. Eat out or stay in and cook! Uber is abundant in this area and usually shows up within 5 to 10 minutes. This is a small space, so 2 people would be the max.
