Not as intimate or quiet (it's close to the airport) as The Island Cafe, but it's far easier to get seated.

Adjacent to The Oregon Zoo, The Japanese Garden, and the famous Portland Test Rose Garden. Fantastic when you need to get to the outdoors but don't have time to make it to the Gorge.
