Short walk up the hill for a spectacular view over Nelson City and beyond. Moderately steep track requires some fitness but should only take 45 minutes to get to the top.

Hire a bike and take a day trip out to Mapua Wharf via Rabbit Island and the Mapua Ferry. Stop by the "Grape Escape" and your choice of wineries on the way. After a short ferry ride across to Mapua Wharf, enjoy live music at the Golden Bear Brewery and fantastic neighbouring restaurants.
